Context
Holy Foods is once again expanding its portfolio with three new SKUs that combine flavor, convenience, and nutrition: the Protein Risottos. This launch reinforces the brand’s mission to create wholesome food that nourishes and comforts. These new risottos bring a more sophisticated mealtime experience, while maintaining the ease of preparation that Holy Foods is known for.
What we did in this project
Packaging design.
Development
The risottos come in three flavors: Al Mare (with shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, and spices), Funghi (vegan and lactose-free), and Cheese (vegetarian). All are gluten-free, contain no added salt, and are easy to prepare.
The main challenge for the packaging design was to convey a premium feel without losing the brand’s signature identity — colorful, eye-catching packaging. The word “Risoto” was custom-lettered for the line and given prominent placement on the front panel. The color palette was carefully curated to create elegant yet contrasting combinations, allowing the new products to integrate seamlessly into the existing portfolio while remaining familiar to consumers.
Photos of the prepared dishes are shown in bowls that blend into the background, enhancing the product's visual impact and appetite appeal. Key product features are highlighted using an icon system that customers already recognize, while the illustrated preparation instructions on the back emphasize how simple the cooking process is.
Once again, Holy Foods proves that convenience and nutrition can go hand in hand — and that real food can be simple, delicious, and full of purpose. Packaging plays a leading role in shaping the brand’s positioning and building its image both in the market and in the minds of consumers.
